Why can't I see my photo?

If your photos aren't visible, it's likely due to one of the following reasons:

1. We have yet to approve your photos (This process usually takes 2-3 working days.
    If we are unable to approve the photos, we will contact you via e-mail.)

2. The photo files you uploaded are not in the acceptable format (jpg,gif or png)

3. The photos you uploaded were too big (maximum file size 5MB) or unusable
