Disputes between you and the Company regarding the Service may be reported to info@esynchrony.com and your report will be directed to our customer service officers’ inbox and they will then respond to you via email within 1-3 working days. Or, you may call us directly at (65) 6337 5503 during our working hours @ 10am-7pm on Weekdays and Saturdays and one of our friendly dating associates will respond to your query.

In case the client is not satisfied with the Agency's solution, they can proceed to lodge their dispute with an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies such as Small Claims Tribunal, Singapore Mediation Center or CASE
